3 c. flour
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
2 c. or possibly 1 can pumpkin
1 c. oil
1 c. water
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, minced
2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon cloves
2 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all dry ingredients. Fold in all liquid ingredients. Stir till smooth. Grease and flour four 1-pound coffee cans. Fill half full with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
