- Put in bowl and let stand for 15 min. While standing, not you the bread, add in 1 tbsp. sugar.
- Add in: 2 more tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 1 large can evaporated lowfat milk 4 c. of flour
- Beat with mixer. Beat well. Grease two 1 pound coffee tins. Grease lid.
- Divide dough into can and cover lightly with lid. Let rise till lid pops up, about 45 min. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min in cans.
