  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Crushed pecans, (I do not use the nuts)
  • 1 x Yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1 pkt Instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  1. This is the easiest recipe for coffee cake ever. I make it for everything and it always gets rave reviews. My mom gave me the recipe when I got married, but it came from her good friend, Sue.
  2. Sprinkle nut mix around greased tube or possibly bundt pan.
  3. Mix all cake ingredients with mixer. Pour first layer in pan. Add in strusel mix. Add in more cake mix and alternate layers leaving a little nut mix for top. Bake 50-60 min at 350 degrees.
