Ингредиенты

1/3 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut

1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, coconut and set aside. Make muffin mix as directed - mix in pineapple. Pour into pan and spoon the coconut mix over batter. Bake 25 to 30 min.
