4 large eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. lowfat milk

1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
3 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put in pie pan that has been greased with Pam. Bake 30 min at 375 degrees.
