- Lime wash, dried it and Grate rind from it. Then print it and it bisects it becomes. Put sugar in a pot and heated up at low temperature, to dissolve the caramel. Pour some coconut milk and bring to boil. Stir in lime zest and juice, grated coconut pulp of vanilla and let cool. Aside in the refrigerator and allow to cool. Then pour into cooled bowl of ice cream or Sorbet and follow the instructions.
- Procedure without Sorbet: Pour mixture into a metal bowl and stand for 3 hours in the freezer. During this time the bowl every hour and choose ice cream mix thoroughly. So much better ice cream hardens and creates large ice crystals.
- 15 minutes before serving ice cream you remove it from the freezer and leave it enabled. Serve topped with a coconut itself, or with a tropical fruit salad or with grilled pineapple.
