- Place all ingredients in a 2-qt saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, to 237 degrees F. Cold in the pan or possibly pour out on a marble slab to cold.
- When hot, beat in pan or possibly work with spatula on slab till candy turns dull and creamy. Spread in an 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares.
