  • 1 x Egg
  • 3/8 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Veg. oil
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Minced Dates
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 c. Coconut
  • 1/3 c. Nuts (if you like)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Extract

Инструкции

  1. Beat egg very light and add in shortening, sugar, dates, cocoanut, and flavoring. Mix well. Add in lowfat milk and flour that has been sifted with baking-pwdr and salt. Drop from tsp. on greased tin. Bake in a moderately warm oven. Time in oven, 12 min. Temperature, 375 degrees.
