Coconut Cup Cake With Guava Frosting

  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. Coconut syrup
  • 1 c. Cake flower
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 4 x Egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar

Инструкции

  1. Scald lowfat milk, butter, sugar and coconut syrup together. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt. Stir these ingredients into the lowfat milk mix. Whip the egg whites till they are foamy, add in cream of tartar and whip till they are stiff but not dry. Fold into the cake mix. Bake in greased muffin tin at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
  2. Makes 12 medium sized c. cakes. Top with Guava Frosting.
