2 c. lowfat milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick mix 4 large eggs

1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. flaked coconut

1. Put together all ingredients. Mix 3 min on slow in blender. Pour into greased or possibly cup liners cupcake tins. Bake at 350 degrees till browned.
