Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 x Jell-o, (4 serv size) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2/3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 c. Kool Whip Lite-divided
  • 1 can (16 ounce) fruit cocktail, packed in its own juice, liquid removed
  • 1 x Keebler, (6 ounce) graham-cracker crust

Инструкции

  1. In a lg mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon till soft. Add in pudding mix, dry lowfat milk, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Mix in 1/2c Kool Whip. Add in fruit cocktail. Mix gently to combine. Pour mix into piecrust. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serve with the remaining Kool Whip.

  3. I have varied the flavors of pudding, fruit, crust; i've added coconut; sprinkled GrapeNuts on top or possibly cinnamon; extracts...be creative!!!
