  • 1 x Pink Lady or possibly Granny Smith apple cored
  • 1 x celery stalk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary Crushed ice

  1. Cut apple in eighths. Put apple and celery through juicer. Stir in lemon and lime juices and rosemary. Pour over crushed ice to serve.
