Ингредиенты
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Hellmann's or possibly Best Foods mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, finely minced
- 3 green onions, finely minced

- Squeeze spinach till dry. In medium bowl stir together spinach, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover, chill 2 hrs. If you like serve with pumpernickel bread or possibly crackers. Makes 3 cups.
