2 c. Tomatoes, peeled, minced
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

2 Tbsp. Onion, red, chopped
1 tsp Chilies, warm, chopped ds Honey or possibly alternative Chili pwdr Salt Wine vinegar or possibly lemon juice

Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and warm pepper. Season to taste with sweetener, chili pwdr, salt, and wine vinegar.
