Ингредиенты

  • 1 3/4 cup flour use 2 cup for a firmer cake
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup strong coffee I use 2 heaping tsp instant coffee

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 9 inch pans by rubbing with butter, sprinkling with flour and tapping out excess.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix together.
  3. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat well .
  4. Batter will be thin.
  5. Pour into pans and bake for 30-35 min.
  6. 9X13 pan 35-40 min.
  7. Cupcakes 20 min.
