- Cook bacon in a medium saucepan over medium heat till crisp. Drain. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of bacon drippings. Return drippings to pan. Add in potatoes, carrot, celery and onion. Cook, stirring often, for about 6 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
- Combine evaporated lowfat milk and flour in a small bowl till blended. Add in to potato mix, stirring quickly to blend. Stir in clams with juices, lowfat milk, water, salt, bacon, Worcestershire and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring often, for 15 to 20 min or possibly till creamy and slightly thick.
