  • 12 ounce Claim Jumper barbecue sauce
  • 8 ounce Italian salad dressing any variety
  • 6 ounce soy sauce
  • 6 ounce beer any variety
  • 3 ounce Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

  1. Combine ingredients. Add in desired meat and marinate at least 1 hour before cooking.
  2. Comments: If you can't get Claim Jumper barbecue sauce, use KC Masterpiece instead.
