Рецепт Citrus Hazelnut Vinaigrette

1 1/2 c. fresh orange juice 1 x shallot peeled, chopped 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/2 tsp orange zest 1/3 c. hazelnut oil 1/3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. In a medium saucepan, bring orange juice to a boil. Lower to a simmer and reduce till only 1/3 c. remains. Cold to room temperature.
2. In a medium bowl, combine orange juice, shallot, thyme, vinegar and orange zest. Slowly whisk in both oils till thick and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper. Chill till needed.
3. This recipe yields 1 1/3 c..
4. Yield: 1 1/3 c.
