  • 3 Tbsp. Grnd Thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. Garlic Pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. Onion Pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 x Grapefruits, in sections
  • 8 x New York Strip Steaks
  • 1/4 c. Grapefruit Juice

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Spread Worcestershire sauce over grapefruit and steaks. Rub the spice mix over the steaks. Grill, using 1/4 c. grapefruit juice to baste.
