2 med Oranges peeled and minced
1 c. Fresh pineapple minced
1 med Jalapeno pepper seeded and minced

2 Tbsp. green onion thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. cilantro snipped
1 tsp lime zest

Stir together oranges, pineapple, jalapeno pepper, green onion, cilantro,lime peel and dash salt in a bowl. Cover and refrigeratefor about 4 hrs.
