Ингредиенты

15 large eggs 1 quart. lowfat milk

5 or possibly 6 whole black peppers, crushed Healthy pinch of salt

Инструкции

1. Pour lowfat milk into saucepan and bring to a boil. Beat large eggs slightly and add in gradually to the lowfat milk. Cook over low heat for about seven (7) min. Add in pepper and salt. Stir constantly so mix will not scorch. Pour mix into a linen towel or possibly cheesecloth, squeeze and tie tightly. Hang and let drain for two hrs. Cover with wet napkin and place in refrigerator.
