Ингредиенты

  • 70 gm butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar (caster)
  • 1 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour, self-raising
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/10 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (caster)

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter and sugar till pale in colour. Fold in egg. Add in the lowfat milk and flour alternately, 1/3 at a time, mixing lightly between each addition.
  2. Spoon into a greased 20cm cake tin and bake 190C/380F for about 30 min.
  3. Remove from cake tin onto a wire rack, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Serve with afternoon tea.
