- Cream butter and sugar well, add in large eggs and beat till light and fluffy. Sift all dry ingredients together and add in alternately with lowfat sour cream. Mix in nuts. Spoon into greased and lightly floured loaf pan and bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be drizzled with 4x sugar glaze if you like. Wrap tightly and will keep for several days.
