The standard recipe uses milk, sugar, eggs, day-old raisin bread, butter, cinnamon and salt
Fold bread cubes gently into beaten egg/milk mixture
Right out of oven the pudding is 'high and mighty' but it collapses after a few minutes. Here I baked pudding in smaller casseroles, two servings each.
