Ingredients: 2 pound; 1 1/2 c. water; 2 Tbsp. margarine; 4 c. white bread flour; 1/4 c. sugar; 2 tsp salt; 1 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon; 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (or possibly bread machine) (((MIX-INS))); 3/4 c. raisins

Ингредиенты

2 pound
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. white bread flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (or possibly bread machine) (((MIX-INS)))
3/4 c. raisins

Инструкции

1) Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
2. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.
3. Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
4. Select bread type -Sweet Bread cycle. (For Oster number 8). 5. Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hrs indicated.
6. Add in Mix-in when bread maker beeps, about 32 min after starting.
