- Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min or possibly till golden brown at edges.
- Heat peaches seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg over low heat in a small saucepan. Beat cream and remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar with hand mixer till soft peaks form.
- Split hot biscuits and fill with spoonfuls of hot peaches. Top with sugared biscuit top and serve with lots of fresh whipped cream.
