  • 1 pkt Royal Vanilla Pudding, (regular size)
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Pastry shell, (8-inch) baked and cooled
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/4 c. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. Combine Royal Vanilla Pudding and grnd cinnamon. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring to keep mix smooth. Cook over medium high heat, stirring steadily, till pudding comes to a full boil. Cold, about 10 min. Pour into baked and cooled pastry shell. Beat egg whites till foamy. Gradually add in and beat in sugar. Beat till peaks hold. Top pie with meringue; spread and seal well to crust. Bake in warm oven (4250F.) about 5 min. Cold at room temperature for 30 min, then refrigeratetill hard.
