Cinnamon cream cheese frosting

This recipe makes a ton of frosting!!! But you can save the extra and put it on pancakes or waffles!!! Will keep for a week in air tight container in the fridge. I have never tried freezing because of the cream cheese. Happy baking!

  • 2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese softened (make sure to get a good brand cheaper cream cheese is very oily and will separate)
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 2 lbs confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Blend cream cheese and butter until well combined
  2. Then add vanilla and cinnamon
  3. Gradually add sugar mix well
  4. If mixture is to thick you can add milk
  5. Start with 1 tablespoon at a time until you get the consistency you want.
