Ингредиенты

  • 1 package of lasagna noodles
  • 1-1 1/2 jars thick spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 minced green pepper
  • 1 large minced onion
  • 1 large container Ricotta or possibly small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. freshly minced parsley
  • 1 large package (3 c.} fancy shredded cheese
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound Italian sausage cooked and minced
  • 1 pound grnd beef cooked and minced, then mix meats together
  • 2 cans of mushrooms slices

  1. This is a recipe I created through experimentation. I knew a woman who always asked me to cook it for her, she said she had tried lasagna from here to Italy and it was the best she had ever tasted. This is a recipe which makes sufficient for a large family gathering!
