- Finely minced
- For Salsa Verde:Heat 3 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil in a medium skillet. In the warm oil, saute/fry shallots and anchovies, stirring till shallots are softened, 2 to 3 min. Cold.
- In bowl, combine 1 c. extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Add in shallot-anchovy mix and remaining ingredients. Stir well, adjust seasoning and set aside.
