Serve this sauce with the Thai crab cakes or possibly other fish or possibly meat dish for a distinctive Thai flavor. makes 3/4 c. 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar 2 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce 1/2 tsp dry crushed red pepper

1/8 tsp salt 1 x garlic clove, chopped 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint

Инструкции

1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
2. Add in peanut butter and stir with a whisk till smooth. Cold. Stir in cilantro and mint. Serve with crab cakes.
