  • 2 c. cilantro, tightly packed, washed and dry
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 x extra-large Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Инструкции

  1. Put the cilantro and flour in the work bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process for 30 seconds to combine. Add in the Large eggs and the salt and process till a ball of dough is formed. Add in a small amount of additional flour if the dough feels sticky.
  2. Remove the dough from the processor and cut by hand or possibly with a pasta machine to the desired shape.
  3. Makes an 18 oz ball of dough, or possibly sufficient pasta, when cut, to serve 4-6 as a main course.
