Ингредиенты

8 ounce cream cheese
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 tsp Tabasco

1/2 med -sized onion grated
1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
1/4 c. water Chutney of your choice Minced green onions for garnish

Blend all ingredients together well and shape into a ball. Cover with chutney and minced green onion. Serve with crackers.
