1 1/2 c. Unsweetened apple juice
2 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Brown sugar

1/8 tsp Grnd coriander
1 x Tart apples, peeled and dice

Preparation Time: 0:10Combine the juice, cornstarch, sugar, and coriander in a saucepan. Cook, stirring, till the mix thickens and turns clear. Remove from the heat.
Steam the diced apple over a small amount of water till softened, about 5 min. Add in to the syrup. Serve hot.
