Ingredients: 1 box Duncan Hines yellow pudding cake mix; 1 pkt instant vanilla pudding; 1 lb cream cheese; 1 1/2 x 2 c. of lowfat milk **reserve 1/2 c. of lowfat milk if needed**; 1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed

Ингредиенты

1 box Duncan Hines yellow pudding cake mix
1 pkt instant vanilla pudding
1 lb cream cheese
1 1/2 x 2 c. of lowfat milk **reserve 1/2 c. of lowfat milk if needed**
1 can crushed pineapple, liquid removed

Инструкции

Prepare cake mix as to directions on the box, taking out sufficient batter for 3 - 4 cupcakes. Bake in an oblong pan and bake the cupcakes as well**at the same time**. Cold cake. Beat the instant pudding, lowfat milk, and cream cheese.**Add in the 1/2 c. of lowfat milk here if it is too thick**. "Frost" the top of the cake with this mix. Top with the crushed pineapple and chill. Serve with Cold Whip Topping.
