  • 2 Tbsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
  • 3 tsp dry parsley flakes
  • 3 tsp dry mixed vegetable flakes
  • 3 tsp dry onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp pepper (1/8 to 1/4)
  • 4 ounce pine tree-shaped pasta or possibly small elbow macaroni (1 c.)
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 c. cooked chicken optional
  • 1 c. mixed vegetables optional

  1. In small bowl, combine all seasoning ingredients; mix well. Spoon into small plastic bag or possibly container; seal. Place pasta in small plastic bag or possibly container; seal.
  2. To make soup, in a 4 qt saucepan combine seasoning and 6 c. water. Bring to boil over medium heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add in pasta, cooked chicken and vegetables if adding. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 min or possibly till pasta is of desired doness, stir occasionally.
  3. 5 - 1 c. servings,
  4. Tip: One c. cubed cooked chicken, turkey and/or possibly vegetables can be added to the soup with the pasta.
  5. Yield: 5 c.
  6. NOTES : A Gift from the hearth! Package the pasta and seasoning in separate holiday containers tied with ribbon. Then place the containers in a soup tureen or possibly baskets with the recipe, a soup ladle, pot holders or possibly soup spoons tied with ribbon.
