Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. brown sugar
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 6 c. rolled oats, Old Fashioned
  • 6 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 c. nut meat
  • 3 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. cannied mix fruit
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Инструкции

  1. Beat Large eggs till light add in sugar and beat, add in shortening and beat into first mix. Add in flour, cinnomon, salt and vanilla. Add in and mix well.
  2. Add in raisins.
  3. Dissolve soda in lowfat milk. Stir quickly into mix. Add in rolled oats, nuts and fruit and mix well.
  4. Drop from tsp. on greased cookie sheet. top with red and green cherries, nuts and dates.
  5. Bake for 15 min at 375 degrees.
