  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 unbeaten large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 T cinnamon
  • 1 c. minced nuts (walnuts

  1. Cream together sugar and butter. Add in lowfat sour cream. Add in unbeaten large eggs, one at a time. Put together flour with baking pwdr and baking soda. Dough will be stiff. Spoon half the dough into a well-greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan.Sprinkle 3/4 of filling over first half of dough. Spoon in remaining dough and sprinkle rest of topping. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool 1 hour before removing from pan.
