Ингредиенты

  • 5 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 5 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 1/3 c. Dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Quick rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Minced Heath candy bars Or possibly Bits-o-Brickle chips
  • 1 c. Pecan halves or possibly pcs
  • 1 c. Chocolate chipses

Инструкции

  1. Insert metal blade in dry processor. Add in butter, shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Process till smooth, about 15 seconds. Add in egg and vanilla. Process till smooth, about 20 seconds. Add in flour, oats, salt, baking pwdr, minced candy and pecans. Pulse till dough is mixed and pecans are minced. Transfer mix to bowl and stir in chocolate pcs.
  2. Drop dough by heaping tsp. onto greased baking sheets 2 inches apart.
  3. Adjust oven rack to middle position. Bake 1 sheet at a time at 375 degrees 8 min. Check for doneness since bottoms brown easily. Bake 2 min longer or possibly till golden brown. Repeat. Cold slightly before removing cookies from baking sheet. Cold thoroughly on wire racks.
  4. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
