  • 350 ml Dry cider
  • 200 gm Plain chorizo, (7 ounce)
  • 20 slc French bread Cocktail sticks

Инструкции

  1. Place the chorizo in a small heavy-based pan and cover with the cider.
  2. Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 35 min, adding more cider if needed. Place a piece of chorizo on top of each slice of bread and spear the slices with cocktail sticks.
