Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 to 1 c. cooked ham, minced or possibly grnd
  • 1 egg, hard-cooked & minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 T green pepper, minced
  • 1 T pickle (sour or possibly dill), minced
  • Mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • Butter

Инструкции

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients together; moisten with sufficient mayonnaise to make spreading consistency and spread on bread. Beat egg with lowfat milk and dip sandwich in mix. Brown in hot, melted butter. Makes 4 sandwiches.
