- Boil chicken livers till done. 20 minutes. Grate onion fine and saute/fry in 1 TBSP chicken fat for 10 minutes on low. Grate chicken livers, Large eggs nd add in onion. Mix well. Add in salt and peper and another TBSP of fat. Put in mold and chill. Serve with bacon thins.
