- Make and bake tartlet shells, following master recipe.
- To make filling; heat chocolate and sugar in a heavy saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly till smooth. Stir in cream. Stir over heat till the mixute begins to thicken, 8 to 10 min. Cold.
- Fill pastry shells with chocolate mix. Regrigerate. Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and the chocolate curls or possibly candied lilacs.
