Рецепт Chocolate, Tahini & Oat Cookies Recipe
Chocolate, Tahini & Oat Cookies Recipe
These hearty cookies are packed with oats and dark chocolate, and sweetened with maple syrup and honey. A fantastic treat!
It’s been awhile since I’ve added to my cookie recipes, but these were too good not to share. First of all, they’re packed with fiber-filled oats and use tahini rather than butter and eggs to hold everything together. Even if you don’t have tahini (sesame paste) tucked away in your fridge, I’m 99% certain that you’ve eaten it before. You see, it is one of the ingredients commonly found in hummus. You can buy tahini in the peanut butter section of most supermarkets.

There are so many fantastic recipes on Allspice and Nutmeg and I encourage you to pop over there to check it out. Some of the ones that caught my eye are Crispy Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts, Zucchini Parmesan Bites and Falafel Salad + Pistachio Crusted Yogurt Rounds (I want this for lunch!)
