2 c. Strawberries 8 ounce Cream cheese 1/3 c. Granulated sugar 1 tsp Vanilla

2 ounce Bittersweet or possibly semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled 2 Tbsp. Orange liqueur 1 tsp Finely grated orange rind 1 tsp Finely minced pistachios Tiny mint sprigs (optional)

Инструкции

1. Starting at tips of strawberries, make 2 crosswise slits almost to stem ends, without cutting through. Set aside.
2. In bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat in cooled chocolate, orange liqueur and rind.
3. Using piping bag, pipe cheese mix into slits in berries. Sprinkle with pistachios; garnish with mint (if using). Chill till chilled.
4. Makes6 to 8 servings.
