  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter, room temperature
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Unbleached all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 ounce Unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans, optional

Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 . Lightly butter an 8-inch square pan. In a medium-size bowl, cream the sugar and butter. Add in the Large eggs and mix well.
  2. Gradually add in the flour, incorporating well. Add in the melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Stir just to combine.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 min. Allow to cold in the pan, then cut into squares.
