- Preheat oven to 350. Heat chocolate and butter together, let cold slightly. Beat egg yolks and sugar till lemon colored. Add in chocolate and egg whites. Pour into a buttered 10-1/2" spring form pan.
- Sprinkle liquid removed cherries proportionately on top. Bake for 55 min. Cold for 15 min. Run knife around edge to loosen. Let cold completely and remove from pan.
