Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. (250 g) powdered sugar
  • 6 ounce (175 g) dark chocolate (minimum 70-75% cocoa)
  • 1 c. (125 g) unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1 qt (1 liter) water
  • 4 unwaxed oranges
  • 1 c. (125 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp (3 cl) Campari
  • 2 tbsp (3 cl) pomegranate syrup

  1. Remove the zest from 4 oranges
  2. Squeeze the flesh of the oranges to extract the juice
  3. Heat the orange juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil
  4. Add in the Campari, sugar, pomegranate syrup and orange zest
  5. Cook on low heat for 10 min The liquid should thicken to the consistency of a syrup
  6. Make a syrup by bringing the water to the boil and stirring in the sugar
  7. Stir till the sugar has completely dissolved in the water
  8. Mix the chocolate with the cocoa and pour the warm syrup on top
  9. Let it cold, and then process the mix in the ice cream maker
  10. Serve the sorbet in glasses topped with the hot syrup
