Ингредиенты

2 c. sugar 1 c. butter, melted 2 large eggs, beaten 4 c. flour 1/2 c. cocoa

1 c. buttermilk 1 c. warm water 2 teaspoon baking soda Chocolate icing (you favorite)

Инструкции

1. Put together sugar, butter and large eggs in large mixing bowl; mix well. Sift flour and cocoa; add in to creamed mix alternately with buttermilk. Put together hot water and baking soda; add in to dough, mixing till combined. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove to cooling racks. When cool, form sandwich cookies by placing icing between 2 cookies.
