2 Tbsp. skim lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 c. Cold Whip Lite

2 c. cool skim lowfat milk
1 pkt JELLO Chocolate Sugar Free Instant Pudding 4-serving size

Инструкции

Mix 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk into peanut butter in small bowl. Stir in whipped topping. Pour 2 c. lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 min. Spoon pudding and whipped topping mix alternately into 6 parfait glasses. Chill 1 hour or possibly till ready to serve. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
